Cathwell Sinyage is a dynamic young professional who launched his career at Deloitte Touché, where he spearheaded audits for prestigious clients including ArcelorMittal South Africa, Tarsus Technologies, Anglo Coal, Barloworld Ltd, Bidvest, JD Group, and Microsoft South Africa, among others. As a registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from the University of Johannesburg, he is a distinguished professional affiliate of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Cathwell’s diverse background equips him with extensive expertise in accounting, complex corporate finance structures, investment management, group accounting, taxation, and auditing. Transitioning to the investment realm, he now oversees several leading empowerment private equity firms in Johannesburg. Additionally, he co-founded Cush Precision Advisory, where his strategic insights and financial acumen drive the firm’s success.

As VillageNet’s accounting services head, Cathwell Sinyage plays a pivotal role in delivering tailored financial solutions to clients. His specific functions include providing expert guidance on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities, prepares accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Phemelo’s career journey began at the prestigious Sheraton Pretoria Hotel, where she showcased her exceptional customer service skills as a Switchboard Operator from May 2006 to August 2007. Her dedication and diligence were quickly recognized, leading to successive promotions within the organization. During her tenure, Phemelo played a key role in managing reservations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Phemelo briefly served at Hahn & Hahn Attorneys in July and August 2013 before relocating to Sun City Hotel, where she worked as a Reservation Agent/Call Center Operator from October 2013 to February 2014. Throughout her career, Phemelo has demonstrated a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in every role she undertakes.
